That's usually caused by confusion between letters and numbers. Please try to re-enter your key while being careful about confusing the letter O and zero, etc.
Neither your name nor key is case-sensitive. If asked for your name, enter it as it appears on your receipt.
It's easiest to just copy & paste your key:
- Click (keep the mouse button down) & drag from left to right over your key.
- Right click on the highlighted key.
- Choose Copy.
- Switch to the program that you're registering.
- Right click in the key field.
- Choose Paste.
