That's usually caused by confusion between letters and numbers. Please try to re-enter your key while being careful about confusing the letter O and zero, etc.

Neither your name nor key is case-sensitive. If asked for your name, enter it as it appears on your receipt.

It's easiest to just copy & paste your key:

  1. Click (keep the mouse button down) & drag from left to right over your key.
  2. Right click on the highlighted key.
  3. Choose Copy.
  4. Switch to the program that you're registering.
  5. Right click in the key field.
  6. Choose Paste.
